The City of Clarksville Wellness Program is available to employees and spouses enrolled on the City's health insurance plan. The wellness portal can track and upload all things related to your wellness incentive program. The wellness portal is accessible online or via mobile app. The wellness portal is able to easily integrate with wearable fitness trackers and devices, and houses wellness challenges to help develop healthy habits. Are you Compliant? Employees and Spouses interested in the wellness program will be required to complete an annual wellness exam with labs and meet the biometric benchmarks below.
- A1c < 5.7
- BMI < 30
- BP < 140/90
- Non-Tobacco (negative nicotine blood draw)
